CONDITIONS OF SALE

- The offer and sale of alcohol to minors under 16 is prohibited. Any person ordering on the site : www.vins-vieux.com admits to being 16 years of age or over at the time of ordering.
- Alcohol abuse is dangerous to your health. The consumption of alcohol should be done with moderation.
- The personal information requested is necessary for the successful treatement of your order but will in no way be sold, hired our or lent out. You have every right to consult or rectify any personal details. In order to exercise that right, please address the request to the following : administrateur@vins-vieux.com .

PRICES :
Prices are given in euros. The prices indicated for each product do not include postage & packing which you can find on the page : DELIVERY CHARGES .Prices quoted are NET .

ORDERING :
The order becomes final and is confirmed when payment is received in full. On reception of the order, the seller will send an electronic mail confirming the order, including all the details concerning the articles and their transport costs.
In case of an error in the client's personal details, the seller can not be held responsible for the goods not being delivered :please make sure all categories are filled in correctly.
All our offers depend on availability of stock, without commitment and before sales.

INVOICING AND PAYMENT :
Payment should be made on a cheque from a Bank or a Post Office account, or by money order or Western Union ( see page : delivery charges).
In the case of payment by cheque or money order, the client should send this by post, together with the order form, ( which can be downloaded from the computer ), to the following address :

DELIVERY AND RECEPTION OF GOODS :
The goods ordered are delivered to the address indicated by the client in boxes/cartons of 1,2,3,6 or 12 bottles.They are delivered within the best possible delays by carefully chosen transport companies.
The goods always travel at the responsibility of the destinee. Always check your delivery upon arrival .
Insurance is obligatory, therefore reimbursement is guaranteed .
In the case of loss or damage, the client should file a complaint within 48 hours of reception, both with the transporter and www.vins-vieux.com and by electronic mail to : administrateur@vins-vieux.com . In this case, the client will be reimbursed for any articles missing due to unavailability.

WITHDRAWING AN ORDER :
In application of the Consumers Code Guide, the buyer has a 7 full days from the date of order in which to return the goods to the seller, for exchange or reimbursement, without any extra charge, with the exception of return delivery costs.

RESPONSIBILITY :
Vins-vieux.com can only be held responsible for goods which are out of stock or events beyond their control ( general strikes, flooding, fire or any other natural disasters ) and in any other circumstances which would not allow an order to be carried out.

LITIGATION :
As far as is possible, vins-vieux.com will do its utmost to sort out any litigation matters outside of court. This not being the case, the BORDEAUX Courts would be called upon.
